How to Create a Compare at Price vs. Original Price - How to Create a Sale Price in Shopify

If you are selling an item for less than the listed retail price, you will want to show what the original price is/was. 

To do this, when creating an item,

1. Enter the price you would like the original Price in the price box below. 
Note: This is the price that will crossed out in Shopify. 



2. Complete all of the details for the item as usual. For the variant, select the condition and enter the size, color and quantity. 
    A. Enter the sale price that you would like to display.
    B. Click Add
    C. Click Next Item



On Shopify, you will now see the Original Price crossed out, and the compare at price displayed next to it with a Sale sign.
