How to Mark an Item as "Returned" to Consignor
If an item hasn't sold and your agreement with the consignor is to return it, you will want to mark the item as returned.
To do this
1. From the Aravenda dashboard,
A. Click Items.
B. Click the ellipses (3 dots).
C. Click Mark as Expired.
2. Click 'Yes'.
3. a. Click the ellipsis (3 dots).
b. Select Reassign.
4. From the dropdown menu, select Reassign and the click Submit.
You will now see the item marked as Returned.
