Shopify item search or check out issues
This is a developing list of issues that users may encounter while using Shopify POS:
1. Searching item on POS by its Aravenda number, example "P1387", and item does not show up for check out
Answer: Best method for an exact search on Shopify is through bar code scanning. When you use title and description, Shopify only conducts a partial search and the item might not come up. Using the item number will more lilely result to a negative search.This method is based on Shopify settings.
