Click on the Consignors tab.
Search for the consignor that you would like to apply fees, surcharges, or apply store credit to (negative or positive amount).
In the Account Summary tab, you will see the consignor's dashboard showing Live Items, Paid Disbursements, Unpaid Disbursements, Fees, Account Balance, and Store Credit.
To apply fees,
A. Click Apply Fees.
B. From the drop down box, select the fee that you would like to apply to the consignor.
C. Click Submit.
Tip: When creating the fee, include the fee amount next to the name so that you know how much you will charge the consignor.
